Frequently Asked Questions
Q: May I link to one of your stories on my website/journal?
A: Yes. You don't have to ask my permission to link to any of my stories.
Q: May I archive your story on my website?
A: If you want to archive any of my stories, please email me and tell me which stories this concerns and send me a link to your archive. I'm very careful when it comes to archiving my stories elsewhere, because I'd like to keep control over them in some manner. Please do not archive my stories without my written permission.
Q: May I translate your story into another language?
A: I have recently created a new category on my site: Translations. As you can guess, this category is specifically meant to archive translations of my stories. If you're interested in translating any of my fics, please send me an email. I allow translations as long as I can archive them on my own site (with of course full credit to the translator). I just like to keep control over my fics and not have them scattered around the net. Once a translation is archived on my site, everyone is welcome to link to it.
Q: I have trouble reading your stories due to the layout of your site.
A: In that case, you can try the printable version of my stories. On top of each story page, you'll find a small, white icon of a printer. If you click it, you'll get the story in a larger, black font against a white background.
Q: Aren't you the author of the Harry/Lucius story 'Sleeping with the Enemy'?
A: Yes, I am.
Q: What happened to that story? I can't find it on your website.
A: Sleeping with the Enemy isn't archived on this website, or on any other archives. I've taken it down from the net over a year ago, because I wasn't happy with it anymore and I don't intend to finish it. Sorry.
Q: Can you send me a copy of the chapters you did finish?
A: No, sorry. I don't send out any copies of Sleeping with the Enemy to anyone.
Q: Are you going to finish 'Maeglin Yedi and the Order of the Serpent'?
A: Yes, I most certainly am. At the moment, I'm busy with RL and a few other stories, but my plan is to finish OotS as soon as I have more time available.
Q: Is it true that you are writing/have written a sequel to 'Of Wolf and Man'?
A: Yes, that's true. It's called 'To See The Human Soul Take Wing', and it's complete. You can find it on my website here.
Q: Are you going to write more on 'In a London House'?
A: I'm planning to add a few more chapters to it, yes, but I'm not sure when that will be.
Q: Are you going to write more on 'Speak a Different Tongue'?
A: Yes, I most certainly will. This story is high up on my list of things I plan to write. More soon, I promise.
Q: Are you going to write more ficlets for 'Death to the Bone', your HP/AB crossover series?
A: Yes, I have at least three or four more ficlets planned in this series. Again, it's a matter of not having enough time at the moment, but there will be more in the (hopefully near) future.
Q: Are you going to write sequels to any of your other stories?
A: No. Other than new chapters to my current Works in Progress, I don't plan to add anything to finished stories, including sequels. I do have plenty of new stories in the making.
Q: I'd like to leave feedback to one of your stories. How do I do that?
A: You can use the review option on the stories, or you can send me your comments by email. I welcome all comments and constructive criticism. Flames will be happily ignored.
Q: What does Lapsus Calumni mean?
A: It means 'A slip of the pen' in Latin.
Q: Who are you?
A: I'm a thirty-two-year-old female from the Netherlands. That's right, I'm not a native English speaker. If you want to know more about me, check out my livejournal.
